You did a great job breaking down what reading is in 2 minutes. However, I had a difficult time understanding about 30% of what you said. I'm wondering if it would help if you could slow down your talking?
I know I found it difficult to say ALL I wanted to say in 2 minutes and honestly, I was even a little nervous. I'm thinking this might be what happened with you?? I reminded myself that 2 minutes is longer than I thought and to be concise. Other than that, I thought you did a great job! You hit the main points of what it is to read in your mind and taking phonemes and putting them together to make words.

Great job, Hilary. As with you, reading was always easy for me. I liked your description of reading. I had trouble with the post, as well. I am a fast talker, anyway, but I also had a problem with getting cut off by Yodio. That made my post very awkward and incomplete. So, don't worry at all because yours turned out fine, and I'm sure we will all get better at it.
It sounds like you have a thorough definition and concept of reading after this week. You touched on every aspect. Reading is such an involved and complex operation, that it makes it hard to describe so concisely. I think this Yodio demonstrates you have a good grasp on all aspects of it!
